Mapping for Half-Life: today’s stream result

Been going at it today in TrenchBroom. I’ve continued working on my HAZMAT map for Half-Life. Since I’m no longer bound by a deadline, I decided to expand the map and block out an entire new section.

The final result of today’s stream is displayed in the screenshot below. If you’re interested to see the greybox creation process of that particular section from start to finish, you can always check out the recorded Twitch stream here. If you do decide to check it out, be sure to do so within the next two weeks. After that, the video will be automatically deleted.

The first part of the stream is all about level design and starts around 9 minutes after going live. The second part at the end is me playing some BioShock to “relax” after the level design session. I also had quite the amusing chat with a fellow creative mind who stopped by during the level design process.
